      Disini ane mau relleased non i_patch tanpa kitsarver, kebanyakan patch - patch lain yang suka crash dan ngeleg terutama saat main Master League. 
      Tidak semua klub promosi dan degradasi ane rubah, yang pasti diubah hanya liga inggris dan italia, lainnya belum, menunggu waktu untuk membuatnya lagi.
        Ability pemain ane usahakan dari pesstatsdb.freeforums.org/ dan formasi pemain dari Goal.com tapi ingat tidak semua, dan ability pemain ada yang ane ambil dari option file lainnya, yang pasti yang diatas 90 sudah banyak berkurang jadi sesuai dengan realistisnya dan masih banyak kejutan lainnya

  • Untuk Option file ente ekstrax dan copas file KONAMI – WIN32WE9UOPT ke My documents / KONAMI / Winning Eleven9 / Save / Folder1.
  • Untuk file Crack, hapus file we9.exe & settings yang lama, ganti file yang ada di dalam folder crack
  • Untuk file e_text,e_sound, o_sound, o_text dan opmov. Setelah ente ekstrak dan copas ketiga file tersebut ke dalam folder dat.
