ASUS Transformer AiO dengan Dual OS Windows 8 dan Android

Rumor mengenai ASUS yang akan meluncurkan sebuah produk dengan dual OS sekaligus akhirnya terungkap dengan diumumkannya ASUS Transformer AiO. Transformer AiO merupakan sebuah desktop PC yang bisa menjalankan sistem operasi Windows 8 serta Android sekaligus.

ASUS Transformer AiO ini terdiri dari dua bagian, yakni layar sentuh yang cukup luas berukuran 18,4 inci dan sebuah base station yang dapat diatur ketinggian dan kemiringannya. Pengguna juga dapat melepas bagian layar Transformer AiO dari base station dan mengubahnya menjadi sebuah tablet Android dengan ukuran besar.Saat ditancapkan kembali ke base station, sistem operasinya akan berpindah ke Windows 8, tapi Anda juga bisa mengembalikannya ke Android dengan menekan sebuah tombol. ASUS Transformer AiO dibekali dengan layar sentuh LED backlit berfitur 10-point touch yang tentunya akan memudahkan navigasi di Windows 8 dan Android. Bagian layar Transformer AiO ini dilengkapi audio jack, micro SD card slot, dan mini-HDMI. Sedangkan base stationnya dilengkapi sejumlah port seperti USB 3.0, Ethernet, dan sebuah optical drive.
